A
research made on the construction industry of Maldives
in comparison to elsewhere, focused on construction
procurement, and factors which influences the form
of procurement. A survey carried out amongst the
major consultant, client and contractor of the Maldives
with graphical illustrations and a detail analysis
of the survey results is brought out in this research.
